Lafayette finished second in a competition for the refurbishment of a building by the engineer, architect and industrial design icon Jean Prouvé. Developed by SEM PariSeine, and located in Front de Seine, the proposal stays true to the original conception of the building with plans from the Beaubourg archives. The team was assisted by Serge Binotto who led projects and collaborated with Prouvé for over 18 years.
